Job Purpose:

The Participation Team is a key department of Middlesex Cricket, located in the most vibrant city in the world, and we are a county that embraces difference, pushes the boundaries on what can be achieved, and wants to lead on the world stage. Our Participation Strategy covers delivery in 17 of the London Boroughs and focuses on three key strands: Children & Events, Clubs & Leagues, and Community & Outreach.


The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • To run, grow and administer the Middlesex edition of ECB Indoor Cricket
  • To provide administrative support for Coach Education, Coaches events, Officials and Welfare Officer courses
  • To support the successful completion of Club Open Days and Back to Cricket sessions
  • To provide a tailored communication service to cricket clubs via the Club Support Helpdesk
  • To assist in the support of Club Development Planning and Clubmark accreditation across the county
  • To support the delivery of Participation team community events and Middlesex Cricket match day activation
  • Assisting in the development of cricket in 17 London Boroughs in accordance with the Middlesex Cricket Strategic Plan, contributing to the responsibilities of the Participation Team as directed by the Director of Participation

  • UKCC 2 Certificate of Cricket Coaching (assistance available)
