IMPORTANT MEMBERS' INFORMATION REGARDING NEW ZEALAND TEST MATCH PRIORITY WINDOW!
*ALL MEMBERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY*
Middlesex Members wishing to apply for tickets in the Priority Window for the England v New Zealand Test match must follow the REGISTRATION instructions below.
Please read the following information carefully, in order to ensure you are registered correctly for the Middlesex members' priority window.
Before you are able to apply for tickets in the members' priority window, there is an important two-step process all members must follow to register for priority access to tickets:
STEP ONE
You will need your Lord's client reference number.
If you have not previously set up an account on lords.org you will need to do this now, please see the help guide below on how to set up an account.
If you have previously set up an account, you do not need to repeat this process, please see the help guide below on how to access your Lord's client reference number.
STEP TWO
CLICK THE LINK HERE TO FILL OUT & SUBMIT THIS FORM with both your Lord's client reference number and your Middlesex membership number before 4pm on Thursday 11th February 2021.
If you require ambulant disabled access, wheelchair area tickets or have any other specific requirements, please indicate this on the form.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A DIFFERENT REGISTRATION PROCESS TO THE ENGLAND V INDIA PRIORITY WINDOW REGISTRATION.
YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE NEW ZEALAND PRIORITY WINDOW.
Even if you have previously registered your client reference number & bought tickets for the England v India Test match, you must complete this new process in order to have priority for the England v New Zealand Test match.
STEP ONE HELP GUIDE
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CREATED AN ACCOUNT AT LORDS.ORG, BUT DO NOT KNOW YOUR CLIENT REFERENCE NUMBER:
- Go to lords.org
- Please click the 3 lines in top left-hand corner of page. This will bring up the menu.
- Press ‘Tickets’ and select ‘Tickets Home’.
- You may then be placed in a virtual queue. This usually takes less than a minute when the Lord’s website is quiet but can take longer if there are tickets that have recently gone on sale.
- You will then see a screen saying TICKETS;
- Click ‘Login’ on the top right hand of the screen.
- Once you have entered your details, please click the ‘Login’ button.
Should you be unable to login, please click the reset your password link which will send an email to the address registered. Please follow necessary steps and then login with your new password.
- Once you have logged in correctly, the login button changes to My Profile, indicating you are logged in
- Please hover over the ‘My Profile’ button and select ‘Personal Details’.
- You will then be taken to the screen containing your name and your Lord's client reference number - which is in brackets.
- Then for step two of the processCLICK HERE TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THIS FORMwith both your Lord's client reference number and your Middlesex membership by 4pm on Thursday 11th February.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY CREATED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT AT LORDS.ORG:
- Go to lords.org and click ‘Login’ on the top right-hand corner, Click ‘Register’ to Setup your Lord’s Account.
- Once you have filled out the necessary details and selected your preferences, click ‘Register’ at bottom.
- You will then be directed back to the homepage where you should see ‘My Profile’ in top right-hand corner (You would also have received an email to confirm that you are registered however this will not detail your client reference number.)
- To find your client reference number, please click the 3 lines in top left-hand corner of page. This will bring up the menu.
- Press ‘Tickets’ and select ‘Tickets Home’.
- You may then be placed in a virtual queue. This usually takes less than a minute when the Lord’s website is quiet but can take longer if there are tickets that have recently gone on sale.
- You will then see a screen saying TICKETS;
- Click ‘Login’ on the top right hand of the screen.
- Once you have entered your login details, please click the ‘Login’ button.

- Please hover over the ‘My Profile’ button and select ‘Personal Details’.

- Then for step two of the process CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THIS FORM with both your Lord's client reference number and your Middlesex membership by 4pm on Thursday 11th February.

SENDING MIDDLESEX YOUR LORD'S CLIENT REFERENCE NUMBER AND MIDDLESEX MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
KEY INFORMATION
- Any members who require ambulant disabled access, wheelchair area tickets or have any other specific requirements, please indicate this on the form
- The Priority period to purchase England v New Zealand tickets on lord’s.org will open on Monday 15th February.
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE PRIORITY WINDOW
The Priority window for Middlesex members will open on Monday 15th February at 10.00 and will close at 16:00 on Friday 19th February
Please note - You will only have priority if you fill out & submit THIS FORM with both Lord's client reference number and your Middlesex membership number before 4pm on Thursday 11th February.

- Once you have logged in, the login button changes to My Profile, indicating you are logged in.
- Click VIEW ALL FIXTURES, this will take you to the ticket purchasing page
Applicants should be aware that registration is strictly for Middlesex members only, and anyone that is found to not be a member via the verification process will have their tickets cancelled, and any payments made will NOT be refunded.
Failure to adhere to the steps above may render your application invalid.
