Day eight of Middlesex's Cape Town tour saw the squad head out on an excursion to Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for eighteen years of his life, whilst on day nine the lads relaxed at the beach before deciding to spend their rest day climbing another mountain.....Not much of a rest day then!
The lads head to Stellenbosch on day ten for a day of training before a two day red ball match.
