Bus

LT 6, 13, 16, 46, 82, 98, 113, 139, 189 and 274 pass close to the ground. Also London Country Coaches (Green Line) 719, 757, 768 and 797 from home counties pass near ground - 020 7222 1234.

Rail

Several London Underground stations are within walking distance of Lord's; they include St John's Wood (Jubilee Line), Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line) and Baker Street (Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines). 0845 330 9875.

Car

The ground is currently outside the Central London Congestion Zone.

From north: from M1, junction 1, follow signs to A5 (Edgware Road), continue on this road towards London, at traffic lights junction with A5205 turn left into St John's Wood Road.

From south: from M23/M25 junction 7/8 continue north on A23 into London to junction with A203 (Stockwell Road), follow signs to Vauxhall Bridge, cross the Bridge and take A202 (Vauxhall Bridge Road) to Victoria Station, bear right on to Wilton Road, follow signs to Hyde Park Corner (A302) (Grosvenor Place), continue up Park Lane to Marble Arch, then take Edgware Road (A5) to St John's Wood, at traffic lights, junction with A5205 turn right into St John's Wood Road.

From east: from M25 junction 27 continue south on M11 to junction 4 (A406) (North Circular Road), continue west on A406 to Brent Cross, junction with A41 (Hendon Way), continue on A41 to Wellington Road.

From west: from M4 at Chiswick flyover, turn left on to A406 (Gunnersbury Avenue), at traffic lights turn right on to A4000 (Gunnersbury Lane), continue on A4000 to junction with A40 (Western Avenue), turn right and continue on A40 (Westway) on to A40(M), continue on to Marylebone Road, turn left on to B507 (Lisson Grove), turn right on to A5205 (St John's Wood Road). From M40: from M40 continue on A40 (Western Avenue) then as for M4.

Parking

Car Parking at Lord’s is extremely restricted, but is available to disabled members of MCC or Middlesex and must be booked in advance. To make a booking please call MCC Club Facilities on 020 7616 8653. Please note: car parking is not guaranteed.

Tube (Metropolitan Line):

Nearest Tube; Moor Park (Metropolitan Line) 10-minute walk

At the exit turnstiles, double back on yourself, sharp right along the walkway under the railway line. Go up the stairs and turn sharp left through the barrier onto the path through the spinney that is parallel to the railway. At the end, bear left along Askew Road, cross the road at the zebra crossing and walk on 50 yards until you see the school gates on your right. Walk up the Long Drive and you will see the ground entrance gates on the cricket field on your left.

Train

Half-hourly Chiltern Line trains from London Marylebone take 14 minutes to Harrow-on-the-Hill. Change to Metropolitan Line north (Amersham branch) for Moor Park (10 minutes). You may also continue to Rickmansworth (23 minutes from Marylebone) and take the Metropolitan Line south one stop to Moor Park. There is generally a connecting train within 5 minutes at either station.

Car

From South & West: Leave the M25 at J17 or J18. Follow signs for Rickmansworth and Northwood through a series of roundabouts (2 from J17, 4 from J18) until you come to Batchworth/Moor Lane roundabout and see the A404 heading up the hill to Northwood (2nd Exit) Follow the A404/London Road until you pass the Old Green Man pub on your left. Take the first left turn after the Old Green Man and follow Batchworth lane, going over one mini roundabout, until the round comes to an end at the junction with the A4125/Sandy Lodge. Turn Left and keepgoing down the hill until you see an Esso Petrol Station on the left. Turn left immediately next to the petrol station and follow the road (Sandy Lodge Lane) until you see the main Merchant Taylors' School entrance on your right.

From the M1: Leave the M1 at J5. Take the A4008, Stephenson Way, towards Watford. Bear left at the second roundabout (A411). Carry on at the mini-roundabout opposite Tesco’s and follow the one-way system into Dalton Way. Keep left and continue straight on for 200 yards. Turn right at the Bushey railway arches roundabout (following signs for Northwood HQ) and turn into Eastbury Road(which becomes Hampermill Lane) continuing straight on for 5-10 minutes. The road bends sharp left and you see an Esso Station on the right. Turn right immediately before the Esso Station into Sandy Lodge Lane. The School entrance is 350 yards on your right.

From London via the A40: From the A40 take the A4180 through Ruislip following Duck’s Hill Road to its end. Turn left onto the A404 – the Rickmansworth Road (which becomes the London Road). Pass Mount Vernon Hospital. At the Prince of Wales Pub, turn right into Batchworth Lane. Follow Batchworth Lane until it ends and turn left into Sandy Lodge Road. Drive down the hill. Turn left immediately after the big Esso Station into Sandy Lane. The School entrance is 350 yards on your right.

Parking

Members’ parking is available priced at £3 and non- members is £6.

Please follow sign for public car parking. Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting the out-ground ticket page on the Middlesex website.

For accessible parking, please advise the steward at the main gate you require an accessible parking place, and you will be directed to the Blue badge parking area.

Train

Car

From the north: Leave the A1/A1M at junction 23 and join the M25 travelling West towards Heathrow. Leave the M25 at junction 22 and take the B556 towards Radlett for a mile to a T junction with the A5183. Follow this all the way into Radlett and as you leave the village you will see the Cat & Fiddle pub on your right and the turning into the Club is about 50 yards past the pub on the left. There is a brown signpost on the right indicating the turning pointing to the cricket club and Tabard Rugby Club.

From the west: Leave the M25 at junction 21a and take the A405 to St Albans until you reach the Park street roundabout and take the right hand/third exit, the A5183, to Radlett. Then follow the directions as details in "from the north".

From the east: Leave the M25 at junction 22 and follow the directions stated in "from the north".

From the south: Depending how far south you are: Either use the M25 and directions as directed above from the east or west; or Take the A5 Edgware Road going north to the roundabout with the A41 going straight on towards Elstree and join the A5183 towards Radlett. Follow the road until you enter the 30 mph zone and after 200 yards or so on the brow of the hill turn right into ground opposite the brown road sign pointing to Radlett CC and Tabard RFC. The turning is a small lane between two houses.

Shuttle Bus service

A shuttle bus will be in operation from the station to the ground, running during the following times.

Please look out for READY BUS, parked in the station car park.

The Clubhouse is allocated as a Member and members’ guest only area.

Members’ parking is available priced at £3 and Non-members is £6.

Please follow signs for public car parking. Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting the out-ground ticket page on the Middlesex website.

For accessible parking, please follow the signs to Players and Officials parking and a steward will direct you to the area reserved for those who require accessible parking.

Cloud County Ground, Chelmsford

Middlesex will play two T20 games at Chelmsford in 2024.

Middlesex members can use either the main gate, or the river gate to gain entry to the ground. Please have your valid 2024

Membership card ready to be scanned at the gate. Middlesex staff will be situated at both entrances to assist with any queries from Middlesex members.

The Pavilion and adjacent Premier Marquee is reserved exclusively for Middlesex members and their guests. If you wish to bring a guest, you must have purchased them a guest ticket in advance. To purchase guest tickets, you must first create an account.

Nearest station

Chelmsford (Greater Anglia) Chelmsford Railway Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from The Cloud County Ground.

Regular direct train services depart from Chelmsford to London Liverpool Street and Stratford.

Parking

Parking for Members is available at Meteor Way Car Park (CM1 2RL) and is charged at £2. This must be pre-booked - please phone the Essex ticket office on 01245 254010 to book your car parking ticket (please follow steps above to create your account in advance).

High Chelmer multi-storey car park is a pay on exit car park (CM1 1LE) and is a three-minute walk to the river gate entry to the ground.
