Middlesex County Cricket Club are pleased to announce that Junaid Khan will be joining the Club as its overseas player to replace Joe Burns.
Junaid will primarily be involved in Middlesex's Royal London One-Day Cup group matches but will also be available for selection for LV=CC cricket should his services be required.
Junaid, the 25 year old left arm paceman, is available to play in Middlesex's second Royal London One-Day Cup group match against Lancashire at Blackpool on Wednesday.
Middlesex CCC will review its overseas player position again at the end of the group stages of the Royal London One-Day Cup.
Commenting on Junaid's signing Middlesex CCC's Managing Director of cricket, Angus Fraser, said:
"We are delighted to have got a bowler of Junaid's quality at such short notice. I would like to than the Pakistan Cricket Board for their help in getting this deal through. With over 80 international appearances and over 150 international wickets he will bring variety, experience and further quality to our bowling attack.
"His time with Lancashire means he has experience of English conditions. His presence will ease the workload on our main seamers too."
