At Middlesex County Cricket Club we aspire to be the most inclusive and diverse club in the UK.

We believe in a club where diversity and inclusion is sewn into the framework of the organisation, to create a sense of belonging for everyone linked to the club. This isn’t because we have a responsibility to do so, but because we want to be the best club.

Middlesex Cricket is dedicated to being a Club that reflects the broad diversity of the many communities and cultures that make the county of Middlesex what it is today.

From Tower Hamlets and Hackney in the East to Haringey and Brent in the North, to Hounslow and Harrow in the West, the county of Middlesex comprises some of the most diverse communities in the United Kingdom, and it is the Club’s firm intention to embed itself at the heart of each and every one of those communities, promoting cricket as a vehicle to bring people together.

The launch of the Club's Equity Diversity and Inclusion strategy reflects our desire to engage with all of our Middlesex communities and be reflective of our communities.
