Congratulations to the Middlesex Second Eleven, who have qualified for the final of the Second Eleven Championship for the third time in the last four seasons.
They make the final having finished top of the South Group, having won five, drawn three and lost just one of their nine matches completed. Middlesex finished their South Group campaign on an impressive 143 points.
At present, their opponents in the final are yet to be confirmed, although we do know at this stage that it will either be Durham or Lancashire, who are still fighting it out for top spot in the North Group. Lancashire have completed their nine matches and finished on 129 points, whilst Durham, with a game still to play, sit on 124 points.
The final will be played over four days and will commence on Tuesday 6th September.
As soon as Middlesex's opponents are confirmed, we will publish full details of this fixture, with venue, start time etc.
