The Seaxe Club Annual General Meeting is taking place this coming Wednesday evening, 4th April, at Lord's, in the MCC President's Box - situated in the Grandstand on the North side of the ground.
The meeting commences at 6:30pm with refreshments and the minutes from the last meeting available from 6pm.
Following the completion of the formal AGM business there will be the opportunity to get some further refreshments and then relax and enjoy a special Seaxe members Forum, which this year takes on a different slant...
Every year after the AGM Seaxe hosts a panel of Middlesex personalities to talk cricket. In view of this being the club's 50th Anniversary they have invited a special panel of “Golden Oldies” - consisting of Nigel Ross, Harry Latchman, David Nash and Mike Selvey to come and reminisce with all present, regaling tales of yesteryear as Middlesex cricketers.
All Middlesex friends are welcome to attend the forum regardless of whether they are Seaxe members, and the panel will commence around 7:30pm - also in the President’s Box in the Grandstand.
This is a golden opportunity to talk to these former stars and hear about their memories and tales of their experiences and exploits whilst proudly wearing the three Seaxes of Middlesex on their chests.
The forum will commence at 7:30pm so why not come along to the AGM and take the opportunity to enjoy the forum afterwards.
The Seaxe Club look forward to welcoming all members to the AGM, then one and all to the post AGM forum.
