INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY BALLOT FORMS ARE NOW IN
We are delighted to let all Middlesex members know that the Priority Ballot application forms for tickets to international matches at Lord's in 2019 are now available.
Members who have already sent us an envelope to receive their forms will receive them back within the next few days, as all envelopes received to date were processed in the office today and have been despatched in the mail to members this afternoon.
If you require an application form, then you still have time to send us an envelope, and upon receipt we will send the forms back to you in the post.
To obtain a form, we require a stamped (Large Letter stamp) and self-addressed C4 envelope (equivalent to an A4 sheet of paper) to be sent to the Middlesex office, with your membership number clearly marked on the envelope.
If you wish to collect the forms in person then please come to the Middlesex Reception between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If the reception desk is not manned, please ring the bell and a member of staff will attend to you as soon as available. Please note you will need to bring identification with you, in order for us to identify you as a valid member.
The ticket window for processing all Middlesex international ticket applications is taking place between the 7th and 11th January, so please ensure that your completed forms are returned to the MCC Ticket Office before this deadline, or your application will not be included within the members' priority ballot.
