NEW HEAD OF YOUTH CRICKET RORY COUTTS TALKS US THROUGH THE WINTER PLANS FOR MIDDLESEX'S NEW INTAKE OF ACADEMY YOUNGSTERS
Over the weekend we went along to the Middlesex Academy in Finchley to catch up with new Head of Youth Cricket Rory Coutts, who has started his winter schedule with the twenty youngsters who make up Middlesex's 2018/19 Academy.
Joining Rory's team at the Academy is the hugely experienced Mark Lane, former Head Coach of England Women's World Cup and Ashes winning teams, who has taken on the role of Assistant Head of Youth Cricket and will work closely with Rory and his team of coaches to deliver Academy programme.
