Head of Youth Cricket Rory Coutts this week passed the Elite Player Group ceremonial cap down to Atharva Prasad and Toby Greatwood, who will both play leadership roles within the group this year. We caught up with the two young Middlesex stars at the club's Finchley Academy during winter training to hear about the three disciplines they will be instilling into the Academy squad in 2021.
