At last night's Professional Cricketers Association (PCA) Annual General Meeting, both Martin Andersson and Naomi Dattani were appointed to the PCA Committee.
Andersson joins the Committee as Middlesex's player representative, replacing James Harris, who was voted in as the Association's new Chair, whilst Dattani joins the PCA as player representative for Sunrisers, the Elite Women's side she represents, and Lightning, as one of four new appointments who will each represent two of the eight sides in the Elite Women's game.
At the meeting, held as an online event, former England Women's Captain, Charlotte Edwards, was also appointed as the Association's first ever female President.
The club would like to congratulate Martin and Naomi on their appointments to the PCA Committee and wish them every success in their new roles.
