Middlesex Head Coach names a squad of fourteen to take on Durham at Radlett tomorrow, with just one change to the squad that was named to play at Chelmsford yesterday.
That change sees Joe Cracknell drop out of the squad, to be replaced by Varun Chopra, who will now be available for the remainder of the fifty-over campaign.
Cracknell is the latest Middlesex player to be called up by the Hundred, and he joins Eoin Morgan and Blake Cullen at London Spirit with immediate effect for the remainder of the Hundred tournament.
Middlesex's campaign started yesterday with defeat to Essex in Chelmsford, so they'll be keen to turn that result around and make the most of home advantage in Radlett, on a ground that most of the youngsters in the squad know like the back of their hand, having played plenty of second eleven cricket there in recent years.
Durham's campaign has got up and running with one win and one no result from their opening two games, so they come to Radlett on three points and in third place in the Group, and based on their opening day demolition of Kent, they look in good form with the bat. They hit a staggering 405 for 4 in their opener against Kent in their fifty overs, with hundreds for both Graham Clark and Alex Lees, with fifties from David Bedingham and Cameron Bancroft.
Middlesex's fourteen man squad is as follows:
Peter Handscomb (captain)
Martin Andersson
Ethan Bamber
Varun Chopra
Jack Davies
Toby Greatwood
Max Holden
James Harris
Max Harris
Luke Hollman
Tim Murtagh
Sam Robson
Thilan Walallawita
Robbie White
