We spoke to Middlesex batsman, Stephen Eskinazi, who having joined Middlesex's Equality Diversity and Inclusion Committee, brought us up to speed with the work the playing group and professional staff are doing around culture in the Middlesex dressing room and talked us through the changes that are being made to make the Club a more inclusive environment.
