MATCHDAY INFORMATION FOR THOSE VISITING LORD'S THIS WEEK

MIDDLESEX VS DURHAM | LV= INSURANCE COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP | MATCH INFORMATION FOR ALL THOSE ATTENDING LORD'S

Having earned a hard fought draw with Nottinghamshire last week, Middlesex take on Durham this week at Lord's, we are really looking forward to welcoming members and spectators back to Lord’s again tomorrow for our third home LV= Insurance County Championship encounter of the season, for what promises to be another exciting encounter, with Middlesex looking to continue their unbeaten start to the season.

Middlesex members will have full access to all the members’ facilities throughout this fixture as post Covid ‘business as usual’ has returned to the Home of Cricket.

Middlesex members simply need to produce their valid 2022 membership card to gain entry into the ground.

Non-members looking to attend the fixture need to be aware that there will be no tickets sold at the ground and tickets must be purchased online, in advance, via tickets.lords.org. Tickets can be bought online - even on the day of the fixture.

In the event that spectators have not purchased in advance, then tickets will be able to be purchased over the phone via 0207 432 1000 on the day.

Match Information

  • Each Day’s play is scheduled to commence at 11am
  • The Lunch interval is scheduled to be taken at 1pm
  • The Tea interval is scheduled to be taken at 3.40pm
  • End of play is scheduled for 6pm

Stand Information

Tomorrow’s Middlesex v Leicestershire match will be played on the Mound Stand side of the square, with the following stands open for spectating:

Members:

  • Pavilion (+ one Guest)
  • Warner Stand (+ two Guests)
  • Upper Allen Stand (+ 2 Guests)
  • Lower Allen Stand, including Middlesex Room (+ 2 Guests)

Public stands:

  • Mound Stand lower tier
  • Tavern Stand lower tier
  • Tavern Stand lower concourse
  • Edrich Stand – level One (via entry points 2 & 3)
  • Edrich Stand - level three (via entry points 10 & 11)

Catering Information

Catering facilities will also be in full operation throughout the match, with details of all outlets available as follows:

Members’ bars (pavilion, unless otherwise stated):

  • Pavilion – Long Room bar, Bowlers’ Bar, Members’ Bar, Members’ Lounge (days 1 & 2) and Old Library (days 1 & 2)
  • Allen stand - Middlesex Room
  • Warner stand – Balcony Bar

Public catering:

  • Dark's - Mound Stand roadway
  • Concession unit – opposite Compton Stand
  • Portman’s Café

All members are reminded of the dress codes that apply in members' areas of the ground...

Pavilion: A formal standard of dress applies in the Pavilion at all times. Members, guests and visitors are required to observe it.

  • Gentlemen - Tailored jacket or blazer; collared shirt that is tucked into tailored trousers, chinos, corduroys or moleskin trousers; a tie or cravat; and formal shoes with socks which cover the ankle.
  • Ladies - Dress, skirt or tailored trousers with a top or blouse, or other clothing that is appropriately formal. Formal shoes, boots or sandals must be worn.
  • For all visitors, religious, traditional and national dress, or service uniform, is permitted.

Members & Friends enclosures: The minimum standard of dress to enter the Members’ Friends’ Enclosures is “smart casual” for both sexes. Jackets are not required. For Gentlemen, shirts without a collar are acceptable on non-international days. Shorts and trousers must be tailored, although denim is acceptable.
