We are delighted to announce that Middlesex Cricket’s Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Cornish, has been appointed as one of fifteen International Cricket Council (ICC) mentors on their 100% Cricket Future Leaders Programme.
This innovative mentoring programme, now in its third edition, is designed to support emerging female talent in cricket and address the low percentage of women in leadership roles in the sport. This latest edition will see a further 20 future female leaders paired with senior leaders within the sport over a six-month period.
The first two editions of the programme have proved hugely successful, with over 40 women, from 29 countries, going through the programme, as they progress as future leaders in the sport, receiving support from some of the best experts in the industry.
In his new ICC mentorship role, Middlesex’s CEO will provide support, guidance, and advice, be a sounding-board, and help provide connections to help unlock the mentee’s potential and help them be at their best.
