Middlesex Cricket are delighted to today launch a Middlesex Mentoring Programme for female coaches.
The programme is free of charge and open to all female coaches in the county who hold a Support Coach, Foundation, or Core Coach qualification.
The programme includes four mentoring sessions, four face to face group sessions to discuss learnings, three online clinics and a number of specialist skill sessions. The programme concludes with a reward and recognition event at Lord’s.

Middlesex Mentoring Programme
All coaches must have one of the following qualifications: Support Coach / Foundation / Core
Mentoring in the candidate’s own coaching environment
Four visits – dates to be planned between mentor and candidate
Face to Face group sessions to discuss learnings and challenges and gain support
On-Line Clinics – 30-60 minutes Candidates can ask questions and explore Tactical Technical Physical Mental elements of cricket
Specialist Sessions – Look at the Core Principles of the skills / Share Practises
Attendance at Reward and Recognition event at Lord's
