ADDITIONAL 2ND XI FRIENDLY ARRANGED VS SURREY NEXT WEEK

MIDDLESEX AND SURREY ARRANGE ADDITIONAL SECOND ELEVEN FRIENDLY IN GUILDFORD NEXT WEEK

With Middlesex's opening Second Eleven Championship clash against Derbyshire at Radlett Cricket Club called off without a ball being bowled, and this morning's announcement that our Second Eleven Championship match against Sussex Seconds at Radlett has also been completely lost to the weather, the Club has arranged an additional Second Eleven friendly fixture against Surrey next week.

This additional match will give the Second Eleven players the opportunity to get some much needed time in the middle ahead of their next Second Eleven Championship encounter of the season, scheduled to start on Tuesday 9th May against Hampshire Seconds at the Ageas Bowl.

This additional friendly match will be played at Guildford Cricket Club over Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th May, as a two-day red ball match, with play scheduled to start at 11am on both days.

Spectators are welcome to attend, with entry free of charge, however we have been advised by Surrey that there are likely to be no catering facilities for spectators available at the ground.
