We are aware of the most recent allegations made against MCCC and are liaising with the Regulator including in relation to the leak of confidential information.
Neither the Club nor any Club employee or representative has been charged by the Regulator at this stage. We are already in the process of taking action in response to information and informal recommendations received from the Regulator and will continue to keep matters under close review.
It goes without saying that where necessary, matters arising will be investigated appropriately, promptly and thoroughly, consistent with our commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance.
