To mark Black History Month and its theme of “Celebrating our Changemakers,” the ECB, in partnership with the Race in Cricket network, is hosting an impactful event in the Nursery Pavilion at Lord's to explore how we can all become changemakers to drive racial equity and inclusion across cricket.
The session will feature thought-provoking insights from keynote speaker Professor John Amaechi OBE who is a respected organisational psychologist, an international best-selling author, an executive coach and the Founder of APS Intelligence Ltd.

The event will also include a panel, hosted by cricket journalist, Dean Wilson, featuring cricket’s Black changemakers who will discuss their own inspirational stories about driving racial inclusion in cricket, as well as insights and reflections from the Race in Cricket network.
