Middlesex’s premier Sunday cricket league, the Middlesex Premier Cricket League, celebrated the success of its teams and players in 2024 last Saturday evening at a glittering End of Season Dinner/Awards Evening.
The event took place at the Clay Oven Banqueting Suites in Wembley with approaching 400 people in attendance.
West Harrow walked away with the biggest prize of the evening after winning the 1st Division of the MPCL. And much to the delight of its players, their captain, Vipul Parmer, collected the MPCL Division 1 trophy from Max Holden, Middlesex Cricket's top order batter.
The MPCL has been running since 1992 and there are currently 37 clubs playing in the League. These 37 clubs provide 48 teams, which are split between six divisions of eight teams. On top of all this there is a competitive T20 league too.
