VACANCY | WOMEN'S & BOYS' PATHWAY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Job Title: Women and Boys Pathway Strength & Conditioning Coach

Reports to: Head of Athletic Performance

Location: Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, Merchant Taylors’ School & various locations around Middlesex

Salary: £24,000 per annum dependent on experience

Term: Full Time – Fixed Term Contract until September 2026 –However a job share option, splitting the role into two part time positions is also available if required to recruit the appropriate candidates

The Role

Middlesex Cricket, based at Lord’s, is responsible for cricket in the county, from Men’s and Women’s teams to recreational cricket for all ages within 17 London Boroughs that form the county of Middlesex. Middlesex CCC have an exciting opportunity for a Strength and Conditioning coach to work with the Middlesex Women’s team, as well as delivering to the Boys u11-16 Age Group squads.

Principal responsibilities

Successful applicants will be offered the chance to gain experience under the supervision of the Middlesex Strength and Conditioning Coaches within the following areas:
